Safety

We carefully source every ingredient to ensure our products are non-toxic and safe for you, your home, and your loved ones. We take pride in using organic ingredients whenever possible and choosing only high-quality, skin-safe components.

Our products are kid and pet-friendly—with a little common sense.
Our candles are made with a 100% soy-coconut wax blend and have a lead- and zinc-free cotton wick, burning clean and cozy without the sketchy stuff. That said, little ones and furry friends can be extra sensitive to fragrance, so always burn in a well-ventilated space and keep candles out of reach (because paws and tiny hands love to explore). And of course, never leave a flame unattended—safety first, always!
Our Everywhere Mist is diluted for safe, everyday use, but since little ones and pets tend to have extra-sensitive skin (and a habit of licking everything), we recommend skipping direct spritzes on their bedding or fur. Instead, mist the room, curtains, or a cozy blanket they won’t munch on, and let fabrics dry before snuggling up.
For our powder products, keep them out of reach to prevent accidental ingestion—just like any cleaning product. If any irritation occurs, a quick wash with soap and water should do the trick, but when in doubt, check in with your vet or pediatrician. Always spot-test your surfaces before use.

We blend all of our scents in-house.
Before choosing our fragrance suppliers, we did our homework. We vetted several popular companies, but many gave us unclear or inconsistent answers when we asked if their scents contained phthalates, parabens, or other questionable additives. That didn’t sit right with us.That’s why we chose Vine Vida, CandleScience, and Perfumer’s Apprentice—companies that are transparent, trustworthy, and committed to safety. They provide clear ingredient disclosures, IFRA certifications, and thorough safety testing, so we know exactly what goes into our mists. We stand by their quality and the care they put into their formulations, ensuring our scents are not just amazing, but also safe for you and your space.
We can provide SDS sheets on all of our blends.
Shipping & Delivery

We’re on it! Please allow 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday) for us to process and pack your order—this doesn’t include shipping time.
We ship via USPS and UPS, with standard shipping typically taking 3–5 days for delivery. All orders are shipped from Louisiana, USA, but keep in mind that holidays may cause delays.

For international orders, we currently ship with Global Post, which usually takes 2–5 weeks to arrive. Thanks for your patience—we promise it’s worth the wait!
💡 Heads up! Hooray At Home™ does not cover duties or taxes, please check with your local customs office for any extra fees.
We are unable to ship any "Mist" products internationally at this time. We appreciate your understanding.

Yes, we offer free shipping for orders over $50. No code needed.
Subscription Information

Your subscription will automatically renew on the same day each month as your initial order. Each subscription includes a Surface Powder refill—but don’t worry, you won’t receive a new spray bottle each time (because one is all you need!).
By default, subscriptions are set to ship every two months, but you’re always in control. Need to make a change? You can cancel, pause, or adjust your subscription anytime—quick and easy, no stress!

To modify your subscription, create an account at hoorayathome.com using the same email you used at checkout. Check your inbox for a confirmation email, verify your account, and log in. Once you're in, scroll to the bottom of the page, click on the "Subscriptions" tab, and make any changes you need—easy as that!

Seven days before your subscription renews, you'll get an email reminder so there are no surprises. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.
We want you to love your order, and if you don’t, we’ve got you covered. If your product isn’t everything you hoped for, return it within 14 days of delivery—no questions asked. Whether it’s lightly used or still sealed, we’ll issue a full refund or store credit, whichever you prefer. We even cover return shipping because hassle-free returns should actually be hassle-free. Once we receive your return we will issue your refund ASAP. Refunds typically take 3–10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider. Once we issue a refund, you'll receive a confirmation email, but the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary based on your bank's processing times. If you don’t see your refund after 10 business days, we recommend reaching out to your bank or payment provider for more details.

All orders enter production after 12 hours of order placement. If your order was placed within this time frame we can swap your item for an item of same price or cancel if necessary. After this period we do not accept exchanges or cancelations.
